The Sandbox
- The Sandbox launched an essay to talk specifically about The Creator Fund and User Generated Content (UGC) on Feb 21th. In the essay, the Sandbox said The Creator Fund will not be open for new applications until further notice and the UGC may open in 2022.It seems something exciting will happen in The Sandbox soon.link
- Binance announced an activity about Sandbox fans’ learn & trade promotion with $100k in Rewards.link
The activity will continue from the 22nd to the 28th.Users can get rewards by three methods.
- New users who register for a Binance account during the promotion period and accumulate a minimum trading volume of 200 SAND( including buys and sells) across the qualified SAND spot and margin trading pairs, or deposit 100 SAND from an external wallet (excluding internal transfers within Binance) into their Binance accounts will be qualified for equally sharing an exclusive prize pool of $10,000 in SAND token vouchers.
- All users who complete three tasks required during the promotion period will be qualified for equally sharing the prize pool of $50,000 in SAND token vouchers.
- All users who accumulate a total trading volume of at least 500 SAND (including buys and sells) across the qualified SAND spot and margin trading pairs, share the activity on social media and upload the screenshot will be qualified for entering a challenge, where 500 winners will be selected based on the rules to each win $80 in SAND token voucher.
- Snoopy Dogs’ presale has sold out with 7,000 avatars,and the public sale of remaining 3,000 began at Feb 23th 10PM UTC.The public sale began at 10PM UTC on Feb 24th. The Snoop Dogg avatars are an NFT collection comprised of 10,000 programmatically generated Snoop Daggs, playable in The Sandbox.Each avatars could be shared with the world.
- Shift/Space held an AMA at Feb 25th 3:04 PM UTC to talk about their incredible Aurora Project.And the resident 1/9 up for auction on Opensea at 3pm UTC.The auction ended on Feb 25th at 11PM CST, the final price is [ ].
Decentraland
- Decentraland holded a party on Feb 20th from 10:00 pm to 11:50 pm UTC inside a giant cake to celebrate the second anniversary.
- The virtual fashion event, hosted by Decentraland, has announced its lineup on Feb 24th. A mix of legacy luxury labels and digital brands are on board. Fashion and luxury brands Paco Rabanne, Dolce & Gabbana, Etro, Tommy Hilfiger, Dundas, Cavalli, Nicholas Kirkwood, Elie Saab and Imitation of Christ have joined the official lineup for the first-ever Metaverse Fashion Week (MVFW), which will be hosted by Decentraland starting 24 March.

- Cryptovoxels announced a huge news on Feb 21th — Land Cap=70,000 Parcels.And they also released the Road Map 2022.we can see something interesting in their roadmap, such as new NFT-frames,mini suburb-DAOs,origin City Repurchase plan.etc.
- Cryptovoxels announced the Comet lands had been sold out on Feb 24th.
Worldwide Webb
- On Feb 20th, Worldwide Webb announced they would launch the Worldwide Webb Apartment Builder.The builder lets apartment holders edit their apartment, for now its use is editing tiles, placing furniture & NFT displays.Worldwide Webb said they hope that through the launch of this tool, the world becomes player-owned & player-designed, unlocking infinite possibilities.
- CartoonsNFT bought land in Worldwide Webb on Feb 24th. And the CartoonsNFT will provide Worldwide Webb users with 75 WL.
NFTWorlds
- NFTWorlds made $WRLD even more frictionless by reducing the gasless transfer/payments fee by 10x on Feb 21th. The fee PER gasless $WRLD transaction through https://nftworlds.com/pay has been a fixed 1 $WRLD fee before.but it reduced to 0.1 $WRLD per transfer now.
- NFTWorlds launched their player account page on Feb 22nd.
