Keyword of the Week: Heatmap
Highlight of the Week: This week’s heatmap shows the sudden rise of Somnium Space as its total land sales soar by almost 10% in just one week.
Part 1: Data Report
OneLand Heatmap: The OneLand heatmap shows total land and token values by USD and ETH for the 6 big metaverses.
Land Trade View: The average land price in The Sandbox dropped significantly this week.
Influenced by various macro-economic factors, the Metaverse market turned to the cool side this week. Compared with previous weeks, the quantity of lands traded on The Sandbox is down, while the average price of land in The Sandbox dropped 20% this week from 2.82 to just 2.21 ETH.
Trade Volume Trend: Somnium Space land sales jumped almost 10% in a week.
However, a quick look at our heatmap will show that Somnium Space has sprung up in a generally sluggish market; the metaverse is up a significant 9.82% in total land sales this week.
No matter that its size may be relatively small that some may consider a good growth rate comes easy, Somnium Space had a good week both online and offline. The Lisbon Mixed Reality VR Party in Palacio Chiado held on April 6 was a standout, coinciding with Somnium Space’s trade volume hitting its week-high.
